BS&K looks for candidates who have the potential to meet our standards for professional and practical expertise and who welcome the opportunity for extensive responsibility and growth. We are particularly interested in second and third year law students with strong academic performance, analytical ability, writing skills, judgment, interpersonal skills and motivation. Candidates for lateral positions should possess these qualities as well as a demonstrated ability in the practice area in which they are applying.
